What Sitaara is

Sitaara lets you make an animated birthday card in your browser, preview it for free, and pay to get a private link you can share. Each payment unlocks one card.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to pay for a card.

Your content

You are responsible for everything you put in a card: names, messages, photos and voice notes. Only upload photos and recordings you have the right to use, and only of people who are happy to be in them. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or that harasses or impersonates anyone.

You keep the rights to your content. You allow us to store it and show it to anyone who opens your card's link, only to provide the service.

Removing cards

We may remove a card, without refund, if it breaks these terms or the law, or if we are asked to by a court or authority. Anyone can report a card from inside it.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the site and include all taxes. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How long a card lasts

A card stays online for 6 months from the day you pay. After that the card, its photos and its voice note are deleted for good. You can change the message, memories, photos and voice up to 5 times within 7 days of paying, using your private edit link. The name and date of birth cannot be changed after paying.

Your links

Anyone who has a card's link can open it, so share it only with the people you want. Keep your edit link private: anyone who has it can change the card. We cannot resend lost edit links.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Sitaara running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or work on every device. Features such as the microphone, camera and tilt depend on the phone and browser. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that card.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in [YOUR CITY] have jurisdiction.
